In person at the project location, we will walk though your space together to talk about what you aim to have done or need design guidance on. Kate and her team will provide designer insider secrets and tips and tricks on how to improve your space. At this time, all your design dilemmas can be addressed from advice on paint colors to how to create a floor plan that works. While consultations are most commonly done in person, virtual consultations can be done if needed.
Note that some consultations also range from one hour to upwards of two to three depending on the size of the project.

Perfect for those out of town or even those local that want to tackle a project with minimal guidance, our e-design services are an affordable, time efficient design service option.
Through our communication (either via email, text or phone), we will create an end design that allows for you to implement everything at your own pace, as your budget allows. This process starts with you filling out an initial questionnaire that details out the scope of your project, what you are looking for, square footage and measurements, your budget and you sending me examples of what you like. From there, we will create a design, including paint colors, floor plans, a furniture mood board and a detailed shopping list that you can use as guidance as you personally implement the designs into your project. In addition to the room mood board and product selection list, you’ll also get the full interior design customer service we provide with our local clients as well as room renders for each project.
Like with our full-service design options, we strive to be very available and communicative with our client’s no matter the size or location of the project. As your online design team, we are only a text or call away.

All done completely via e-mail, e-design takes no more time out of your day or your wallet like full service interior design does. Turnaround time for mood boards are often less than 2 weeks.
Upon completion of the moodboard, you will receive the following:

Similar to our design consultations, interior staging is done in a one hour time frame in which we will walk the home or space with you to give you guidance on how to properly stage your house for a showing or open house if you are in the midst of moving. We will disuses what “can stay” and how to make the home shine for potential buyers so you may shoot for getting the best offer possible.
